Returns + Exchanges

We love our customers and appreciate your business! We strive to do our best to provide awesome merchandise and customer service. 

We highly encourage you to reach out to our customer service department as soon as possible with any questions or issues. Sometimes emails sent from the customer service email end up in spam/junk folders, please make sure to check there. 

  • Promotional codes must be used at checkout.
  • Double check that YOUR shipping address is correct. If a package is sent back to us due to invalid address, it will be at the buyer's expense to ship the package again. If the address entered is incorrect but successfully delivered to that address, it is up to the buyer to recover the package.
  • Rodeo Quincy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact your local post office if your tracking information states delivered and you have not received or if you have any other issues.

 

DAMAGES OR SHIPMENT ERRORS: 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. DO NOT return before contacting us. 

If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No Exceptions. 

If we do not receive notification within 3 days, it will be considered wear and tear; the return will be rejected and no store credit/gift card or refund will be issued. 

Process to report damage/defect:

  • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the damaged/defective area and email the images to smokinpistolchic@gmail.com, including a picture showing the original tags are still attached. 
  • If the item has been worn it is not eligible for return. 
  • Include the Order #, the item that is damaged/or in error, and your best form of contact. 

You will receive a response from our customer support team within 24 business hours (Monday through Friday - Business Hours Only).

 

RETURNS:  We remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.

  • Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • We DO NOT offer exchanges. Due to high order volume & the high risk of sellouts, we are not able to process exchanges.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds. Store credit or a gift card will be issued within 5 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. 
    • All returns from the Smokin' Pistol Chic website are issued as a gift card.  Facebook  returns are issued in store credit.  You will be notified via email that your credit or gift card has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it. 

 

CLEARANCE, PROMOTIONAL, AND ACCESSORY SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. ORDERS WITH DISCOUNTS ARE ALL SALES FINAL. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS ACCESSORIES OR SALE ITEMS. 

BOOTS, BELTS & JEWELRY

  • All returned unworn boots will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returned footwear purchased for $50 or more will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • Boots and footwear may be exchanged ONE time if unworn and undamaged.
  • All authentic sterling silver and/or genuine turquoise jewelry and belts are FINAL SALE.

 

Returns must: 

  • Be postmarked within 14 days of ORDER DATE. Or within 7 days of DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (in the situation the package is delayed).
  • In-Store Returns must be made within 14 days of ORDER DATE! 
  • Be received in original, unused condition with original product packaging and original tags attached. 
    • If an item has stains, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. 
  • Include original invoice or a copy of  the order confirmation emailed to you. Please indicate the reason for returning. 

ANY ITEMS REJECTED FOR RETURN WILL REQUIRE A RE-SHIPPING FEE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RE-SHIPPING FEE WITHIN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.
